About Rebeka Ryvola de Kremer

Rebeka is a visual artist and creative communications advisor with 12 years of experience in climate justice, social change, and humanitarian spaces. She hosts The Heart Gallery podcast, which she created in 2023.

At the core of Rebeka’s work is curiosity about the world and the ways in which we can care more deeply about each other and our surroundings. From her own art practice to her institutional collaborations, she aims to invite more awareness of the interrelationships between all of us, spark thinking about new societal paradigms where community is at the center, and help put attention on marginalized communities.

Rebeka’s art has been featured in exhibits at UN climate conferences, the Design Museum London, the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum, projected on the Brooklyn Bridge, and in protest art spaces in Washington, DC. She is an "artist-in-residence" with the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre where she leads art and multimedia storytelling efforts, and she loves supporting community organizations in Washington DC.

Rebeka has given talks at the Yale Center for British Art, Yale School of Environment, Columbia University Climate School, MIT, the United Nations, and the Commission on the Status of Women.
